The very first Tatts location to introduce the benefits of digital to their retail locations. This concept store is an immersive and interactive customer experience using a combination of dynamic screens, a projector and a unique touch screen kiosk. The result is a brand experience that customers can easily interact with.
The stores crowning glory is a beautifully utilised hanging video wall, consisting of 9 video panels. These screens are able to rotate through their rich product content, creating a colourful, dynamic environment that Tatts can control and update to ensure they're creating the most exciting environment for their customers. It helps them create interest and draws customers into the store.
The store is all about helping customers build a connection to Tatts' aspirational brand. To help Tatts with this we introduced an element that could utilise imagery from their ad campaigns for an omnichannel impact. Using a projector we finally helped them turn a full wall section into a striking cinematic screen. Customers are able to quickly recognise Tatts latest Lottery products and offerings before even entering the store.
