All support requests are tracked with our ticketing system to provide visibility of all interactions with the support team.
The support Portal has an optional feature that allows our customers to see real world photo’s of the site installs and on site hardware.

Once your support request has been submitted, our support team will be in touch to help you troubleshoot and resolve your issue. If an issue requires further escalation, use the portal to get timely updates on your support request.
