The Lott is Australia’s official lottery. In early 2020, they launched their specialised corporate store at Brisbane’s iconic ‘180 Anne Street’. Our brief was simple: ‘deliver an exceptional customer outcome whilst maintaining the building's appeal’.

OPTUS Queen Street

The two-storey Yes Optus flagship store holds a prominent position in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall. The task was to deliver a hardware and software solution that would take customer interaction next level.

SuperCheap Auto

Supercheap Auto have become the leader in domestic automobile accessories – a prize position the directors are determined not to lose. We were asked to help build a signature store in Penrith, New South Wales, which would inform the Supercheap Auto of the future.

Coca-Cola

As one of the world’s most recognisable brands, Coca-Cola requires strict brand consistency across vast numbers of sites. We were engaged to create a platform that would allow for remote operation of existing digital menu boards, including creating an onboarding system to support content creation so outlets could maintain their own menus in real time.

The Lott

We were engaged to help The Lott design a scalable digital signage experience for their retail outlets. It needed to be flexible to suit the budgets and spaces of vast franchisee members. It turned out to be an award winner! Winner, High Commendation Award, International Digital Signage Awards 2020 – Nextra Queen St Mall, Brisbane.

REBEL

Rebel is one of the largest Australian retailers of sports equipment and apparel with 160 stores. They wanted to raise the bar on their customer experience at Rebel Bondi and Rebel Chatswood and we achieved their objectives with interactive, user-centric technology.

Redland City Council

Redland City Council is the local government area stretching along the southern coast next to Brisbane. Their goal was to deliver a connected network of digital kiosks for the public that can be used for both real-time transit information and as a communication portal for council and local business advertising.

Dreamworld

Located on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Dreamworld is Australia’s biggest theme park with more than 40 rides and attractions. We helped the park team to add an extra sprinkling of fun, sophistication and relevance to their food outlets.
