          We were engaged to help The Lott design a scalable digital signage experience for their retail outlets. It needed to be flexible to suit the budgets and spaces of vast franchisee members. It turned out to be an award winner! Winner, High Commendation Award, International Digital Signage Awards 2020 – Nextra Queen St Mall, Brisbane.

          ASOLUTION: With approximately 4000 sites to deploy, we developed a modular digital signage solution that would suit different franchisee settings and budgets, but also offered the precise and targeted content control needed by the national gaming retailer.

          The solution included custom hardware, monitored support services, and content creation services. Franchisee’s simply select and order the configuration that suits their needs, and we organise everything. The Lott then controls the content using a vivid product and content strategy with strict segmentations.

          The Lott has also created several signature stores, incorporating sharp visual technologies for the ultimate customer experience. Their concept stores create an immersive customer experience using a combination of dynamic screens, projectors, hanging video walls, LED and touch screen kiosks.

          RESULT: The partnership has created a set of unique brand experiences that delight customers young and young-at-heart and deliver unprecedented WOW-factor.
