The Lott is Australia’s official lottery. In early 2020 they launched their specialised corporate store at Brisbane’s iconic ‘180 Anne Street’. Our brief was simple ‘deliver an exceptional customer outcome whilst maintaining the building's appeal’.
Those who attended the opening quickly discovered how the Lott and Entwined used the space to trial innovative customer and retailer experiences. We fused technology and creativity through an architecturally designed building to deliver synchronised, real-time, localised and relevant content to our customers. The combination of design, touch and audio created a fully immersive retail experience.
As well as offering the full range of Lott products to the public, the store allowed the Lotteries and Keno Prize Administration team to create unforgettable experiences for division one and major prize winners. We created an environment conducive to high end winners, customers, internal stakeholders (Public Relations and Executives) alike.
After launch, a large increase in both sales and foot traffic was measured within the store. Due to the visual appeal and creative execution , the store has become a focal point for the group. All media and public relations events were re-positioned to the new shop front to showcase the investment nationally.
