Entwined has built a custom Panel Intelligence Management System so that you can have confidence in your displays  showing what they should be. It has the intelligence to automatically push branded backup copy when issues are detected to avoid blank screens and reduce disruption to customers.  PIMS can also be integrated into the Entwined Support Dashboard for remote access, control and even more visibility across your network.  

Our express replacement program

If your hardware fails under warranty, there can sometimes be weeks between a panel going down and the supplier being able to provide a replacement. Our express replacement program means that you can have a replacement panel as quickly as 24 hours from the hardware malfunction while we manage your warranty.
